What you love about osteopathy?

Its effectiveness and its complexity. I love the way that everything fits together; the muscles, the joints, the connective-tissue, the nerve supply, the blood supply even your hydration, nutrition and your psychology all make a difference. I love the way it can help enable people to enjoy their lives and do what they want to with much less pain and better function  It’s very rewarding.

What do you like to treat?

I love treating sports injuries, peripheral injuries like knees, shoulders, elbows, hands. Getting people out of chronic pain.

Fun facts about yourself?

Something most people don’t know about you?

I was a pitch side osteopath in Rugby World Sevens in Edinburgh in 1992 and toured with the Scottish women’s Rugby team for two seasons.
