Principal Osteopath

Sheila Finlayson - British Registered Osteopath, founded COS in 2004. She qualified in Osteopathy at the ESO in 1989 she also gained a Certificate in Ergonomics in 1996 and Dry Needling 2006. She is registered with General Osteopathic Council in the UK, The Institute of Osteopaths and New Zealand Osteopathic Register.

Senior Chartered Physiotherapist

Yasuko Kawamura - Chartered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy qualified in 2002 and is registered with the Health Professional Council, the Ministry of Healthcare Labour and Welfare in Japan and also the Hokkaido Physical Therapy Association

Associate Osteopath

Aaron McNicol -  Aaron is a local lad who has spent the last 4 years completing a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree at Swansea University. In that time, Aaron has worked as a student Osteopath both privately and in NHS clinics, treating a broad range of conditions. 

Pilates Instructor 

 Moira Macbeath  holds a VTCT Level 3 in Designing Physical Activity programmes for Antenatal and Postnatal clients and VTCT certificates in Pilates with small equipment and Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions

Counsellor

Jean Brock qualified in Psychodynamic and Person Centred Models of Counselling and holds a BSC (Hons) in Psychology, has a Diploma in Counselling, and is a Counselling member of COSCA
